Q. How many ounces of water does the MateCup hold?
Our MateCups are handcrafted, meaning that the amount of ounces each cup can hold differs.

Q: What is your return policy?
Returns are free within 30 days of receiving your product for all unused product.
Since Mate is a consumable product we are not able to accept returns nor provide refunds for any used products.
We apologize for any inconvenience but hope our priority is understandable as we value the trust our customers have in us.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
Currently we’re only offering Mate in a select few countries. We hope to bring Mate to more countries in the near future!
Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
Typically, orders arrive within 5-7 business days after being shipped. However, due to increased demand it may take longer. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way!
